Malaysia Airlines Bhd and BMW Group Malaysia have partnered to introduce an exclusive private terminal transfer service for premium passengers. The service, featuring a BMW i7, is available for Enrich Platinum, Business Suite, and Business Class passengers starting February 1, 2024.
CEO of Airlines at Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi highlighted the unparalleled travel experience offered by the chauffeur private service between the Main Terminal Building and the Satellite Building of KLIA Terminal 1. This initiative aims to enhance the travel experience for top-tier customers during the temporary suspension of the aerotrain service at KLIA Terminal 1.

The 24-hour service, designed exclusively for passengers of Malaysia Airlines underscores a commitment to luxury and environmental consciousness. During the initial phase, departing passengers can enjoy the premium chauffeur service from Gate G1 of the Main Terminal Building, with plans to extend the service to arriving passengers after completing the arrival lounge at the Satellite Building.

According to Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB), the aerotrain service is expected to resume in the first quarter of 2025. Currently, the private terminal transfer is available only from the pick-up point at gate G1 of the main terminal building to the satellite building.
