Sunway Malls has launched its nationwide ‘Cozy Cozy Christmas’ campaign, transforming its shopping destinations across Malaysia into festive spaces inspired by warmth, nostalgia and togetherness.
Running until early January 2026, the campaign embraces the global “kidult” trend, blending playful elements with comforting experiences designed to bring families and communities together during the year-end holiday season.

The nationwide launch was officiated by Sunway Malls CEO HC Chan, alongside management teams and partners, marking a coordinated festive celebration across the group’s mall network. The campaign features themed décor, creative workshops, live performances, charitable initiatives and exclusive shopper rewards.

“This year’s theme pays homage to coziness, both visually and emotionally. We hope to create a sense of warmth, belonging and kinship. As with any festive season, it is important to rekindle joy and celebrate traditions that bring people together,” Chan said.

UOB Bank joins the campaign as the official banking partner, offering cardholders exclusive privileges and festive promotions throughout the campaign period.
At Sunway Pyramid, the flagship celebration features a large-scale festive installation highlighted by a Giant Tree Walkway and themed displays, complemented by weekend performances, children’s play areas, festive pop-up stores and gift-wrapping services. Special attractions include ice performances, snowfall experiences and scheduled appearances by Santa and campaign mascots.
Sunway Velocity Mall focuses on creativity and community, hosting hands-on workshops and charity-driven activities that extend festive cheer to paediatric patients at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity. Shoppers are also encouraged to participate in crafting initiatives using recyclable materials.
Meanwhile, Sunway Putra Mall positions itself as a festive creativity hub, offering weekend workshops such as gingerbread decorating, wreath making and plushie crafting, alongside live performances and festive retail showcases.
In the northern region, Sunway Carnival Mall introduces seasonal markets, Santa meet-and-greet sessions and live entertainment, while Sunway Big Box Retail Park brings a family-friendly themed campaign featuring interactive activities and character appearances for children.

Community giving remains a key pillar of the campaign. Across selected malls, Sunway Malls is running donation drives and social initiatives supporting various charitable organisations, encouraging shoppers to give back during the festive season.
To enhance the shopping experience, Sunway Malls is also offering festive rewards through its shopper redemption programme, with exclusive gifts, digital spin-and-win prizes and mall-specific incentives available across participating locations.
