In April this year, BMW unveiled the all-new seventh-generation G70 7 Series. The range also included the fully-electric i7. Shortly after, BMW Malaysia began accepting pre-bookings for the i7 – with the EV also being listed on the company’s website.
The fully electric BMW i7 (a left-hand drive unit) combines electric performance and multisensory entertainment to produce an unforgettable motoring experience.

- The AC charging setup takes around 9.5 hours to charge the battery from 10 to 80 per cent. The DC fast charging does the same job in 35 minutes.
Exterior design


- Iconic front design. BMW ‘Iconic Glow’ crystal headlights with Swarovski crystal elements and an illuminated kidney contour radiate personality
- The flowing lines transform the sheer size of the new BMW i7 into aesthetically proportioned spaciousness. A chrome element highlights the Hofmeister kink like a precious jewel
- Narrow, L-shaped rear lights and slim chrome strip emphasise the effect of breadth. Blue design elements signal the innovative drive system.
Interior design






- The multifunctional control the BMW Interaction bar extends horizontally across the entire cockpit. Completing the multimedia experience is the 14.9″ BMW Curved Displays.
- The 31.3″ BMW Theatre Screen in the rear together with the comfortable seats and loudspeakers integrated in the door turns every journey into an adventure.
- The Panorama glass Sky Lounge allows a lot of light into the interior during the day. At night it creates an incomparable ambience by using dynamic light effects.
